Psychotherapy Services
Adults and Adolescents
Individual psychotherapy services are offered online or in-person. Research suggests therapy completed online via video chat is equally effective as in-person therapy for the majority of issues. Therapy via telephone can be planned when necessary but is not ideal. Our goal is to provide a welcoming, warm, non-judgmental environment that allows clients to share confidently and freely. We offer therapy for a wide range of symptom severity, for various psychological disorders, and for more common difficulties that don't require a diagnosis, including:

Sometimes it is helpful to complete a brief assessment (1 to 3 sessions) with questionnaires, feedback, and treatment planning. This helps to determine what specific issues are present, to arrive at a diagnosis if needed, and to agree upon the best treatment plan. Therapy can range from brief to long-term depending on your needs, but most commonly ranges from 6 to 15 sessions. Session frequency ranges from weekly to monthly, also depending on your specific needs.
